SWAGAT - Seniors Wellness: Activity, Growth, Arts, and Technology

The SWAGAT program focuses on seniors’ wellness, activity, growth, arts and technology. The program educates, empowers and informs seniors 65+ on a wide variety of educational and engaging topics.

Senior friendly sessions are hosted virtually, each cohort runs for 8 weeks and promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, enhancing learning, and giving seniors a sense of connectedness, and understanding to live safely and independently, while building a social network. The program is free and open to all seniors 65+ in the Peel and Halton area.
